Customer Support Executive / Lead Generation Executive / Collections Executive (Multiple BPO Processes)

Job Summary:

We are hiring for multiple BPO voice processes with reputed brands including Toyota, Titan, Ashok Leyland, TBSS, Switch Mobility, and IBL. The roles involve handling customer queries, support calls, lead generation, and collections activities depending on the assigned process. Candidates with good communication skills in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages are encouraged to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply based on process requirements.

Toyota – Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹20,000 Take Home (Experienced – 6+ months BPO)

Qualification: PUC or above

Languages: Fluent English & Hindi

Shift: Night Shift (Male)

Titan – Customer Support / Lead Generation

Salary: Freshers – ₹20,000 CTC / ₹17,500 In-Hand

Salary: Experienced – ₹23,000 CTC / ₹20,000 In-Hand

Qualification: PUC or above

Languages: Fluent English & Hindi

Ashok Leyland – Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 Fixed (Freshers)

Qualification: 12th Pass

Languages:

• English + Hindi + Any South Indian Language

Shift: General Shift

TBSS – Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹14,300 (Freshers)

Qualification: Graduation

Languages: Fluent English & Hindi with any South Indian language

Switch Mobility – Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed (Freshers)

Qualification: PUC or above

Languages: Fluent English, Hindi & Telugu

Shift: Rotational Shift

IBL – Collections Executive

Salary: ₹12,777 + ₹2,000 OverTime + Incentives up to ₹50,000

Qualification: PUC or above

Languages: Manageable English & Hindi with any South Indian language

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotational Week Off)
