Job OverView : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our inbound voice support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer queries related to services, transactions, and accounts
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within defined timelines
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience

Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory) & Good command of Hindi (mandatory)

Versant Level: Minimum Level 4

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off

Shift Type: Rotational Day Shift

Shift Timings:

Female Candidates: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Male Candidates: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Salary & Benefits :

• Freshers: CTC: ₹21,500/month & Take Home: ₹16,500/month
• Experienced Candidates: CTC: Up to ₹23,500/month & Take Home: Up to ₹18,500/month
• Additional Benefits: Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215
