Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Provide information about products and assist customers with orders
- Resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of customer handling
- Ability to respond politely and patiently to customers
- Basic computer and typing skills
