Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Professional to handle customer interactions and ensure a smooth support experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC verification for new and existing customers as per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and provide accurate resolutions.
• Manage customer complaints, follow up on pending issues, and ensure timely and effective closure.
• Handle incoming customer chats and emails efficiently.
• Attend inbound customer calls and make outbound calls when required to support existing clients.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
