Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Inbound Calls
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely, professional manner.
Communication: Provide support across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) while maintaining clear, concise, and courteous communication.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem and offering effective solutions.
Hindi and Good English Mandatory
Should know Kannada (optional)
Office Timings: 11:30 AM-9:00 PM.
