Customer Support Executive

Probation Period:

• 15 days probation period

• ₹10,000 compensation will be provided upon successful completion of probation

• After probation, performance will be evaluated for continuation and salary within the ₹15K–₹20K range

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide support in Tamil

• Respond to customer questions via calls, chat, or email

• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information

• Maintain professional communication with customers

• Record customer interactions and feedback in the system

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Requirements

• Tamil speaking candidates preferred

• Good communication skills in English

• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers or candidates with customer support experience can apply
