Job Description
We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives / Customer Support Executives / Customer Care Executives for our Domestic Inbound Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer interaction and service excellence. Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Work Mode
Work From Home (after completion of training)
- Training Duration: 7β15 days
- Training Location: Mandatory office-based training at Syrow Office
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and escalations as per company standards
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
- Maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
- Eligibility / RequirementsExperience in domestic inbound voice process preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, web applications)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Personal laptop & stable Wi-Fi required for WFH
- Willingness to attend office-based training
