Job Description


We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives / Customer Support Executives / Customer Care Executives for our Domestic Inbound Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer interaction and service excellence. Immediate joiners are preferred.


  • Work Mode

Work From Home (after completion of training)


  • Training Duration: 7–15 days


  • Training Location: Mandatory office-based training at Syrow Office

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

  • Resolve customer queries and escalations as per company standards
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
  • Eligibility / RequirementsExperience in domestic inbound voice process preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, web applications)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Personal laptop & stable Wi-Fi required for WFH
  • Willingness to attend office-based training
