Customer Support Executive

• Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Kannada
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools)
• Ability to work in high-volume call environment
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience in banking or financial BPO
• Knowledge of banking products or loans
• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for SBI services
• Provide clear and timely solutions and updates
• Maintain detailed logs in CRM systems
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments
• Ensure adherence to process and quality guidelines
• Support the team in achieving daily operational targets
