Customer Support Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Manager to manage and enhance the customer experience

across our construction and interior projects. This role will act as the central point of communication between clients, project teams,

vendors, and management—ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction from project kickoff

to handover and post-completion support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer communication lead throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage and supervise the customer support team handling client queries, complaints, and service requests
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and vendors to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Track project-related customer issues such as timelines, quality concerns, change requests, and after-sales service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and project updates
• Develop and improve customer support processes, workflows, and reporting systems
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or operations management
• Prior experience in construction, interior design, real estate, or service-based industries is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of project timelines, service delivery, and customer expectation management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
