Job Description:

• Address customer inquiries regarding products with clarity and accuracy.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Provide support for processing orders, cancellations, and returns, in line with company policies.
• Deliver creative and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining compliance with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate a sense of ownership by following through on customer concerns until fully resolved.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Eligibility: Candidates with more than 1 years of experience

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, & Kannada or English, Hindi, & Telugu

Compensation: ₹3 LPA - ₹3.5 LPA

Work Schedule: 6 days per week - No Cab Facility, work from office only, Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs (No night shifts)
