Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources
• Work with cloud storage solutions like Azure Data Lake
• Write SQL queries to manage and retrieve data
• Support data integration and ETL processes
• Collaborate with data analysts and team members
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of databases and data concepts
• Familiarity with Python (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Knowledge of ETL concepts
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong willingness to learn

Good to Have (Optional)

• Hands-on practice with Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics
• Certifications like Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Internship or project experience in data-related fields
