Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Extraction Executive to collect, organize, and maintain accurate data from various sources to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract data from websites, documents, PDFs, and other sources
• Compile and organize data in Excel or CRM systems
• Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Research and gather relevant information as per requirements
• Maintain and update databases regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver required data on time

Requirements:

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform internet research efficiently
• Good typing speed and data handling skills
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
• Prior experience in data entry or data extraction is an advantage
