Data Entry Operator

Location: 51/2, Ichangur Village, Attibele Post,Anekal Taluka

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Distribution Supervisor

Job Purpose:

The Data Entry Operator (DEO) will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and distribution activities in the FMCG supply chain.

This role ensures timely and precise data management to support smooth warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter daily stock movement, delivery, and sales data into warehouse or ERP systems.
• Maintain records of goods received, dispatched, and returned in line with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and update reports related to inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and distribution metrics.
• Assist in processing reimbursement or expense claims related to warehouse operations
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and highlight discrepancies for corrective action.
• Support warehouse audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, distribution teams, and sales teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and inventory information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum High School / Intermediate; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in data entry, preferably in FMCG, logistics, or warehousing.
• Skills:
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/WMS software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Good communication skills for internal coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
