Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our online digital product listings and sales operations. This role includes uploading product details, managing online catalogs, updating pricing, and ensuring accurate and appealing content across all e-commerce or digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to maintain high-quality product data that enhances customer experience and drives online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload digital product content including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
• Maintain and update product listings across websites/online marketplaces
• Verify product information accuracy and correct errors when detected
• Organize and manage product data files in a structured manner
• Track inventory status for digital products and report discrepancies
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions and updates
• Monitor listing performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and standards

Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with deadlines
• Prior experience in data entry or online product listing preferred
