Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Data Entry Responsibilities Enter data accurately into company systems, ERP, CRM, or Excel sheets
- Update and maintain records related to sales, purchases, inventory, accounts, and operations
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain physical and digital records systematically
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- MIS Reporting Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Generate sales, stock, expense, attendance, and performance reports
- Analyze data and highlight variances, trends, and exceptions
- Share reports with management within defined timelines
- Support departments with data requirements
- Coordination & SupportCoordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, and Operations teams
- Assist in audits and management reviews
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduation / 12th Pass (as applicable)
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry or MIS role
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems preferred
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic understanding of business processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferred Skills Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Trading industry
- Basic data analysis skills
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy of data entry
- Timely submission of MIS reports
- Data consistency and error reduction
- Responsiveness to reporting requests
