Job Summary

We are hiring a Collection Executive (Telecalling) to manage customer follow-ups and

recover overdue payments across Any DPD buckets (1+ DPD to 180+ DPD). The role

involves contacting customers, generating payment commitments, ensuring collections,

resolving customer issues, and updating collection status in CRM systems. The candidate

must follow ethical calling practices and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and

company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle repayment follow-ups for customers across Any DPD bucket (1+ DPD to 180+

DPD).

• Make outbound calls to customers for EMI reminders, overdue follow-ups, and payment

recovery.

• Ensure timely collection by generating PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments from

customers.

• Follow up on broken PTP cases and ensure payment closure.

• Negotiate repayment schedules, settlements, or partial payment options as per

company process.

• Explain overdue charges, bounce charges, penalties, and repayment options clearly to

customers.

• Maintain accurate customer details, call remarks, and follow-up dates in CRM/dialer

system.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Field Collection, Legal, Credit, and Customer

Support for escalations.

• Handle customer disputes and provide resolution support professionally.

• Meet daily and monthly collection targets assigned by management.

• Prepare and share daily MIS reports on collections performance and pending accounts.

• Ensure collections activities are conducted ethically and strictly as per RBI compliance

and company guidelines.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

• Experience: 0 to 5 years in Collections / Recovery / Telecalling / Customer Support

• Must be comfortable handling customers across Any DPD bucket

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Kannada or regional language

preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, Dialer system)

• Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM tools
