📢 Job Opening – Supervisor Collection Telecaller (Loan Recovery)

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience: Must have Loan Collection/Recovery experience (DRA certified is mandatory)

Age: 21+ years

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass/Graduates/Post Graduates can also apply

Gender: Female

Languages: Tamil or Telegu or Kannada must be proficient in at least one regional language.

Shift: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Mon–Sat, Sun off)

Salary Negotiable: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & skills) + performance incentive

Detailed Job Description

Role: Collection Telecaller – Loan Recovery

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue loans and negotiate repayment.
• Maintain proper call records and update payment status.
• Follow RBI & company guidelines for collection ethics.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent any one South Indian Regional Language (It may be Kannada or Tamil or Telegu, any one of them)
• Must have DRA certified with passed out certificate
• Proven experience in loan recovery or collection.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for updating data in systems.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
• Shift: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed) plus Performance Incentive as per incentive grid.
