Front Office Executive – Dental Clinic

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Handle patient registrations and maintain records
• Manage billing, invoices, and payment collections
• Process insurance claims (if applicable)
• Maintain daily accounts and billing reports
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic is an advantage
• Good knowledge of billing and basic accounting
• Familiarity with clinic management software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
