Desktop Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops (Windows 10/11)
• Install and support printers (LaserJet, Inkjet, Network printers)
• Diagnose hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, Motherboard, etc.)
• Install OS and basic software (MS Office, Antivirus, Drivers)
• Configure network printers and basic LAN troubleshooting
• Replace printer spare parts (toner, drum, fuser, rollers, etc.)
• Provide onsite and remote support to customers
• Maintain service reports and call closure updates
• Coordinate with internal team for pending issues

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS installation & troubleshooting
• Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, printer sharing)
• Experience in handling HP, Canon, Brother printers preferred
• Hardware troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills
• Two-wheeler mandatory (for field support role)
