Digital Marketing & Automation Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Automation Executive who can run performance ads, create short-form video content, work independently in WordPress, and support automation and telephony workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization

- Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS and prepare reports

2. Video Content Creation

- Create Reels, Stories, Shorts

- Use AI tools like InVideo and VEED

- Handle scripting, captions, hooks, transitions

- Align content with ad strategy

3. WordPress & Website Work

- Work on WordPress with Astra Theme

- Use Elementor Page Builder

- Manage WooCommerce basics

- Build landing pages and ensure mobile responsiveness

4. Automation & Telephony Exposure

- Working knowledge of n8n

- Basic understanding of WebRTC

- Exposure to Twilio (SMS, calling, WhatsApp APIs)

- Assist in testing automation flows
