Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Ads, Lead Qualification & Telemarketing

Job Overview


We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online advertising campaigns, generate and qualify leads, and support telemarketing efforts. The role involves end-to-end lead generation—from running digital campaigns to ensuring high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

1. Online Advertising & Campaign Management


Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels


Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI


Monitor ad performance, budgets, and KPIs regularly


Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages


2. Lead Generation & Qualification


Generate leads through digital campaigns, landing pages, and forms


Review and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, etc.)


Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems


Ensure only high-quality, sales-ready leads are forwarded to the sales team


3. Telemarketing & Follow-ups


Contact leads via phone, email, or messaging to validate interest


Explain product/service offerings clearly and professionally


Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team


Maintain proper call records and follow-up schedules


4. Data Analysis & Reporting


Track campaign performance and lead conversion metrics


Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports


Suggest improvements based on insights and data


5. Collaboration


Work closely with the sales team to align on lead quality


Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and messaging


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation


Hands-on experience with:


Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads


CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)


Strong communication and telemarketing skills


Analytical mindset with knowledge of KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rate)


Ability to multitask and meet targets
