Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

•      Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

•      Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) for all Softmerce products, PineServe, Vettero, and SmartLiveChatbot.

•      Create and manage content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.

•      Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotions).

•      Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.

•      Collaborate with the design team on marketing collateral, landing pages, and ad creatives.

•      Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify SaaS marketing opportunities.

•      Track marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on ad spend.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

•      1–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.

•      Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.

•      Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and technical SEO basics.

•      Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

•      Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or Kannada is a plus.

•      Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Preferred / Good to Have

•      Experience marketing multiple SaaS products simultaneously.

•      Knowledge of video editing tools for short-form content.

•      Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content generation tools.

•      Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
