Digital Marketing Associate (SEO & Outreach) – Remote

About the Opportunity

Cernis is partnering with a fast-growing company to help hire a Digital Marketing Associate focused on SEO and outreach. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.

As part of the hiring process, candidates will go through an AI-based screening interview powered by Cernis before being shortlisted for the final rounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage backlinks to improve website rankings
• Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis
• Support cold outreach efforts via email and LinkedIn
• Assist in content creation using AI tools and refine content before publishing
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and marketing strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, backlinks, rankings)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
• High attention to detail, especially in content and outreach

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Exposure to cold outreach, email campaigns, or LinkedIn prospecting
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation

Work Setup

• Fully remote role
• Flexible working hours (with expected consistency once agreed)

Compensation (Monthly, INR)

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
• 1–2 years: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
• 3+ years: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000
