Job Description
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
- Manage and regularly update social media pages with engaging content
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts, reels, and stories
- Manage basic graphic coordination and content creation (post ideas, captions, creatives)
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI
- Maintain and update product catalogs, listings, and digital assets
- Coordinate with sales and management teams for promotions and campaigns
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (leads, reach, engagement, conversions)
- Handle basic SEO activities including keyword research and content optimization
- Respond to customer queries and messages received through digital platforms
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
