Bigbee Experience is a leading corporate events and experiential marketing agency. We are

hiring a Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, B2B marketing campaigns, social

media strategy, and demand generation aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy aligned with business development goals

• Manage digital marketing (LinkedIn, email, website, SEO/SEM) and agency presence

• Drive content strategy: social media posts, case studies, newsletters, blogs, event footage

• Plan and execute campaigns for new verticals, launches, and service awareness

• Coordinate event promotions, branding collaterals, and partnership marketing

• Track KPIs: lead generation, engagement, brand recall, and campaign ROI

• Collaborate with creative, BD, and leadership teams for cohesive messaging

Key Skills Required:

• Strategic and creative mindset with B2B marketing experience

• Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, email automation tools, analytics, SEO

• Content planning, digital asset creation coordination, and marketing calendars

• Strong communication, storytelling, and visual brief development

• Ability to work across teams and manage external vendors/freelancers

Experience & Qualification:

• 5–8 years in marketing ( Candidate must have experience in any of the following

industries - B2B, events, media, advertising, Ad Agency Events, Media, Advertising,

Marketing, Experiential, Brand Activation, Digital Marketing or PR Agencies or brand

strategy).

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

• Portfolio of campaigns, content, or marketing achievements preferred
