Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1.  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.
2.  Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads,
3. and other platforms.
4.  Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
5.  Oversee SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
6.  Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
7.  Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize accordingly.
8.  Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing activities.
9.  Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
10.  Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver ROI.
11.  Prepare monthly reports on performance metrics and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•  Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
•  Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing.
•  Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and
• automation tools.
•  Ability to create and manage content calendars.
•  Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
•  Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or basic design skills.

 Experience in website management (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

 Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing (added advantage).
