Role Overview

We are hiring a Diploma Civil Engineer (Fresher) for a client-facing role in residential house construction.

This role involves interacting with house owners and plot owners, explaining construction basics, assisting in site visits, and supporting the pre-sales and client coordination process.

This is not a pure site role and not a telecalling job.

This role suits freshers who are confident, communicative, and willing to learn residential construction from ground level.

This role offers structured learning and growth into senior client coordination and pre-sales roles.

Apply only if you are a Diploma Civil Fresher and comfortable speaking to clients in Kannada & English.

This role requires visiting sites, explaining construction basics to house owners, and working from our office in Vidyaranyapura.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential construction enquiries from house owners and plot owners

• Explain basic construction process, stages of work, and material usage

• Coordinate and attend site visits with senior team members

• Support client follow-ups and enquiry tracking

• Assist in answering basic cost and scope-related questions

• Coordinate with office and site teams during pre-construction stage

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome)

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable speaking to clients in Kannada & English

• Willing to work from office and visit sites when required

• Interest in residential construction and client interaction

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic understanding of residential construction stages

• Exposure to site work during internship or training

• Ability to explain simple technical concepts to non-technical clients

Compensation

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (for freshers)

• Performance-based growth and incentives after training period
