Job Description – Direct Marketing Executive / Social Leader (Fundraising)Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai

About the RoleThe Direct Marketing Executive / Social Leader will be responsible for driving individual fundraising through direct interactions, field engagements, events, and community outreach. The role focuses on increasing donor acquisition, donor retention, and brand visibility by representing the Foundation with professionalism and passion.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising & Donor AcquisitionConduct direct marketing activities including field visits, corporate desk collections, events, RWAs, and kiosks.
  • Approach potential donors (B2C, SMEs, MSMEs) to present the cause and inspire contributions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong donor pipeline.
  • 2. Relationship BuildingEngage with individual donors, convert leads into contributions.
  • Maintain donor data, ensure timely follow-up and acknowledgment.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with donors and community partners.
  • 3. Branding & Campaign ExecutionRepresent the organisation in various outreach activities.
  • Execute direct marketing campaigns as per strategy.
  • Support brand visibility initiatives at malls, events, and public spaces.
  • 4. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly activity reports, MIS updates, and donor records.
  • Track progress against targets and share insights with the manager.
  • 5. Team & CoordinationCoordinate with the fundraising team, events team, and corporate team for joint initiatives.
  • Support training and onboarding of new fundraisers when required.
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Must be comfortable working in field/outdoor marketing.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment towards social causes.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
  • 2–6 years of experience in Direct Sales, Field Marketing, Fundraising, or related roles.
  • Experience in NGO fundraising, B2C sales, or F2F marketing is an added advantage.
