Key Skills
- Sales Specialist However, should have prior telesales experience of 1+ year & should possess excellent inter-personal & analytical skills
- Attending/ Initiating Dialer based outbound calls, indulging in relevant research & marketing activities using various software’s, CRMs, Emails etc. to identify & convince B2B prospects to generate leads & close B2B Sales..
- Negotiating contracts & closing deals with prospects using strong analytical & communication skills
- Work closely with the inside sales team to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and database expansion.
- Hindi and English is a must .
