Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and disciplined Tata Ace Driver to join our dispatch team. The primary responsibility is the safe and timely transportation of finished goods and raw materials between our manufacturing unit, retail outlets, and distribution points. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local routes and a commitment to vehicle maintenance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSafe Transportation: Drive the Tata Ace vehicle to transport luggage and goods across designated routes while strictly adhering to all traffic safety regulations.
• Loading & Unloading: Oversee the secure loading of crates/parcels to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the vehicle is not overloaded beyond its legal capacity.
• Schedule Adherence: Maintain a strict delivery schedule to ensure fresh products reach outlets or customers on time.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checking oil levels, coolant, tire pressure, and brakes). Report any mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Documentation: Maintain a daily logbook of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption. Ensure all delivery challans and e-way bills are signed and filed correctly.

Cleanliness: Keep the vehicle cabin and loading area clean and hygienic at all times.

Required Qualifications & SkillsLicensing:

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driving License (LMV-GV).
