E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience managing online marketplaces. The candidate should have practical knowledge of marketplace operations, inventory management, and sales performance tracking across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

Monitor Buy Box, pricing, competitor activity, and category ranking.

2. Inventory & Order Management

Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse/operations team.

Ensure smooth order processing and a minimal cancellation rate.

Monitor returns, refunds, and customer feedback.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Analyze SKU-wise sales, ad performance, and profitability.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Communicate with the Digital Marketing team for the sales event plan

4. Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing).

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Handle account health and performance notifications.

Required Skills

1 year of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Blinkit Seller

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
