About the CompanyBig Bell Incense is an Indian FMCG brand manufacturing agarbathi, dhoop sticks, and fragrance products. We sell across offline and online channels and are actively expanding our presence on ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Role OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage and scale our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant ecommerce platforms.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong operational knowledge, coordination skills, and marketplace experience.

Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplaces

• Handle product listings, catalogue management, A+ content coordination, and keyword optimization

• Monitor pricing, offers, discounts, and stock availability across platforms

• Manage order processing, invoicing, and reconciliation

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

• Oversee quick-commerce operations including inventory planning and replenishment

• Track sales performance, returns, cancellations, and customer issues

• Support platform promotions, ads, and campaign planning

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Qualifications & Skills• 2–5 years experience in Ecommerce Operations

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Panel

• Experience working with quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit / Instamart preferred)

• Good understanding of pricing, margins, invoicing, and account reconciliation

• Experience in daily ecommerce operations and backend management

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, logistics, and accounts teams

• Basic understanding of ecommerce ads and digital marketing

Preferred (Good to Have)• Experience with FMCG or consumer products

• Knowledge of GST, ecommerce invoicing, and settlements

• Experience handling new product launches on marketplaces

• Familiarity with inventory forecasting and demand planning
