E-commerce Operations Supervisor

The E-commerce Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations. You will manage the day to day activities, monitor employee performance, and provide guidance and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

●     Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the E-commerce division.

●     Ensure all E-commerce processes are accurate, efficient, and consistently followed.

●     Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

●     Supervise and train new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities and are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

●     Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues or concerns in a timely manner.

●     Escalate unresolved issues or concerns to the reporting manager or senior management by maintaining detailed and accurate records.

●     Collaborate with other departments or teams to align with and achieve organizational goals and objectives.

●     Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile:

●     Bachelor's degree preferred.

●     At least 3–5 years of experience in an E-commerce Warehouse role. including order processing, return management, and logistics handling, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.

●     Strong understanding of E-commerce operations and management.

●     Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and application handling.

●     Language:

●     Kannada - Proficient 

●     English - Good Or Average plus

●     Hindi is an added advantage, Not a Mandatory

●     Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

●     Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

●     Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with staff, stores, and senior management.
