Location: Bangalore & Guwahati ( This is Remote/Hybrid Mode UK -aligned (IST overlap required)

The Opportunity Are you a data-driven e-commerce expert who thrives on the "pulse" of digital marketplaces? We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager to own our multi-channel strategy across the UK and EU. This isn't just about maintaining listings; it’s about scaling a brand using the latest in PPC strategy, inventory automation, and AI-driven workflows.

• Your Core Mission Marketplace Mastery: Direct oversight of Amazon (FBA/FBM), Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. You’ll ensure our brand is perfectly represented and operationally seamless across all touchpoints.
• PPC & Performance: Take the wheel of our Amazon advertising. You’ll design, execute, and iterate on complex campaign structures and bidding strategies to drive ROI.
• Operations Architecture: Manage the "engine room" using systems like Linnworks, Veeqo, or Cin7 to ensure we never miss a shipment or go out of stock.
• Future-Proofing: Act as our internal "AI Champion." You will proactively identify and implement AI tools to automate manual tasks, optimize listings, and stay ahead of the curve.
• What You Bring to the Table3–6 Years of Multi-Channel Experience: You’ve been in the trenches of UK/EU e-commerce and know the nuances of different platforms.
• Analytical Power: You don't just see numbers; you see stories. Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must.
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency with Inventory Management Systems and Amazon PPC.
• Communication: You write copy that converts. Your English is flawless, whether it’s a customer-facing listing or an internal performance report.
• The "Proactive" Mindset: You don't wait for instructions on new tech—you’re already testing it.
• Bonus Points For:Early adoption of TikTok Shop, Temu, or Faire.
• Deep-dive experience with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
• A background in social media content planning and performance analytics.
