Job Description
Operations & Marketing Lead:
Role Overview: To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the QR Code Stand inventory—from technical backend updates and creative listing to multi-platform marketing and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Backend & Uploading: Manage product listings for "Single" and "Detachable" variants; ensure stock levels are synced accurately.
- Visual Creation: Shoot/edit professional photos of the QR stands; create "assembly" videos for the detachable models.
- SEO & Design: Optimize listings with keywords like "UPI Payment Stand" or "QR Display"; design clean, high-converting product pages.
- Omni-channel Marketing: Run ads and organic posts across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Shipping: Oversee packaging and dispatch to ensure the stands reach customers without damage.
