Education Counsellor Cum Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor Cum Telecaller to guide students and parents regarding admissions, courses, and career options. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, counselling students, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to student & parent leads
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide course/admission information
• Counsel students for B.Tech, MBA, MBBS & other programs
• Explain college options, admission process, fees & timelines
• Follow up with interested leads and close admissions
• Update lead details and call status in CRM
• Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Good communication skills
• Experience in education counselling / telecalling preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
