Educational Counsellor

We are looking for Educational Counselors / Telecallers who can guide students and parents about various educational programs, admissions, colleges, and career options. The candidate should be confident in communication, student-friendly, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents regarding admissions and courses
• Counsel students on UG / PG / Diploma / Professional courses
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, entrance exams, and admission process
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and references
• Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
• Handle student queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling & conversion targets
• Coordinate with colleges/universities and internal teams
