Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Install and set up massage chairs at customer locations, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in massage chairs.
- Handle service visits for customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment.
- Troubleshoot faults related to wiring, motors, control panels, and sensors.
- Replace or repair defective parts and components.
- Ensure proper testing of equipment after installation or repair.
- Maintain service records and update job reports after each visit.
- Provide basic product guidance and usage instructions to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
- Follow safety standards and company service protocols.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with tools and repair work.
- Ability to travel for on-site service visits.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
