Handle the QC team

▶Main Inward QC, PCB QC, GRN entry

▶Failure root cuase analysis, corrective & preventive action

Immediate and proactive flagging, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective action on war

footing. (Discuss with vendor, team and engineering).

Take personal responsibility of preventive and corrective action - do not move to other work

untill an escalated NC is resolved.

Inspection plan to streanghten quality at IQC.

Detailed spec document with better clarity to be sent along with PO.

Root cause analysis of every service failures and strictly ensure the corrective and preventive

action implementation immediately, flag escalations with the design head.

Convene a weekly meeting with the engineering team to discuss failures, implementations and

to assess the progress in continuous improvement.

Preventive action implimentation planning and progress review 3days in a week.

Value added / need based projects or handle escalations or activities needing immediate

attention.

Periodical auditing of all department and ensuring compliance.
