• Roles & ResponsibilitiesAcademic Delivery & TeachingTeach Electronics Engineering / Electronics-related subjects relevant to CET, PUC, and foundation-level competitive exams.
• Deliver concept-oriented, application-based classes with clarity and depth.
• Prepare structured notes, problem sets, assignments, and test papers.
• Ensure syllabus completion as per the academic plan and timelines.
• Student Mentoring & EngagementGuide students in understanding core electronics concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Address student doubts and provide individual academic support when required.
• Track student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Academic Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with the academic team for lesson planning, test schedules, and revisions.
• Assist in creating mock tests, chapter-wise tests, and revision modules.
• Support academic initiatives such as workshops, orientation sessions, and seminars.
• Quality Control & ReportingMaintain academic discipline and classroom engagement.
• Monitor learning outcomes and report academic progress to the management.
• Continuously upgrade teaching methodology based on student feedback and results.
• Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering (BE/BTech)
• 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply).
• Strong fundamentals in:
• Basic Electronics
• Analog & Digital Electronics
• Semiconductor Devices
• Good communication and explanation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
