Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Engineer to join our NABL-accredited laboratory team. The role involves leading technical operations across soil, steel, and construction material testing, ensuring compliance with ISO/NABL standards, and supporting site and laboratory activities.

• Conduct laboratory and site tests on construction materials across departments.
• Lead the Soil & Steel Section and participate in NDT, soil core testing, sand replacement, and related exercises.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of reports.
• Organize site visits and align logistics with project timelines.
• Monitor calibration schedules and raise timely requests.
• Maintain machinery health through preventive checks and servicing.
• Train and guide junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Track team performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare purchase indents and manage laboratory inventory.
• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and client reporting.
• Act as first point of escalation for compliance or operational issues.
• Participate in ILC, IQC, and stay updated with ISO/NABL standards.
• Work towards qualifying as an Authorized Signatory in the future.
