Equity Dealer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and skilled Equity dealer with strong expertise in options and equities trading. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of market trends, technical and fundamental analysis, and the ability to provide accurate and profitable trade recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research on equities, derivatives, and macroeconomic trends.

Analyze options chains, open interest, volatility, and pricing models to identify profitable trade opportunities.

Provide well-researched buy/sell/hold trade recommendations with proper risk management strategies.

Monitor real-time market movements and generate timely alerts for potential trades.

Utilize technical indicators, chart patterns, and fundamental data to enhance trading strategies.

Develop and backtest new trading strategies for improved profitability.

Stay updated with global economic events, company earnings, and news that impact stock prices.

Prepare research reports, market insights, and performance analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with the trading and advisory teams to ensure effective execution of strategies.

Maintain trading discipline by managing risk, stop-losses, and position sizing effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in options trading, equity research, and technical/fundamental analysis.

Familiarity with option strategies (Iron Condor, Straddles, Strangles, Spreads, etc.).

Understanding of market psychology, liquidity, and institutional trading strategies.

Ability to predict trends and market movements based on technical and macroeconomic factors.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in algo trading or coding in Python/R (optional but preferred).

Excellent communication skills to present research findings clearly.
