looking for a Cool Room Door Fabricator is a specialized manufacturing role focused on building, assembling, and installing insulated doors designed for commercial refrigeration, freezers, and temperature-controlled environments. These doors often consist of polyurethane (PU) insulated panels, aluminum or stainless steel frames, specialized seals, and heavy-duty hardware. 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Assembly: Cut, shape, and assemble aluminum profiles, stainless steel, and insulating sandwich panels according to technical drawings or work orders.
• Insulation & Sealing: Install thermal insulation materials (e.g., Styrofoam or PU foam) into door panels to ensure maximum temperature retention.
• Hardware Installation: Mount specialized components, including hinges, handles, locks, and automatic closure mechanisms.
• Gasket Installation: Apply perimetal, corner, and lower gaskets to ensure an airtight, thermal-resistant seal.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications for dimensions, structural integrity, and proper, smooth operation.
