Facility Coordinator

Daily Operations & Maintenance

• Manage day-to-day facility work in stores, warehouse, and office
• Ensure proper working of electricity, lights, AC, plumbing, and fixtures
• Keep all areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Make sure all basic facilities are always working

2. Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, security, repair, pest control, etc.)
• Ensure vendors do their work properly and on time
• Handle basic vendor communication and agreements
• Support setup of store fixtures, signage, and equipment

3. Asset & Inventory

• Keep track of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Manage movement of items between stores and warehouse
• Ensure cleaning materials and other supplies are always available

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety rules are followed (fire safety, cleanliness, etc.)
• Regularly check workplace safety and hygiene
• Ensure fire extinguishers, first aid, and safety signs are in place

5. Admin & Reporting

• Maintain records of maintenance and vendor work
• Handle facility-related bills and expenses
• Share updates and report any issues
