Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our office, warehouse, and operational infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring our physical work environments are safe, efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with our fast-paced growth and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day facility operations, including office and warehouse spaces

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental compliance standards

Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, renovation, and maintenance work

Manage housekeeping, front office, security, and support staff

Maintain inventory of facility-related supplies and equipment

Assist with seating plans, space optimization, and event setup

Manage vendor contracts and service agreements

Report regularly on maintenance, costs, and space usage to leadership

Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding facility support for employees

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in facility management or administrative operations

Experience managing both office and warehouse environments preferred

Strong organizational, negotiation, and team management skills

Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems

Familiarity with compliance standards (fire safety, FSSAI, EHS, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
