📝 Job Summary

The ATM Field Executive (ATM FE) is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of ATM machines, assisting customers, and coordinating issue resolution at assigned ATM locations. This is a service-oriented role focused on operations and support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure proper functioning of ATMs

Assist customers in using ATM machines

Report issues like cash unavailability, machine errors, etc.

Coordinate with bank staff and service teams

Maintain cleanliness and safety of ATM premises

Ensure maximum uptime of ATM machines

Handle basic troubleshooting (card stuck, machine not working, etc.)

Maintain daily activity and service reports

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: PUC / Graduate

Basic knowledge of banking or ATM operations

Good communication skills

Willingness to travel between ATM locations

Must have a valid driving license
