Field Marketing Executive

Part-Time Field Survey Executive – Evening Shift – Ramamurthy Nagar/Dooravani Nagar/Jayanti Nagar/Banaswadi

This is a new e-commerce startup by a team who were senior leadership at FlipKart.

We are looking for a friendly and confident person to speak to customers outside grocery stores and collect simple information about which apartment complex or locality they live in.

This is not a sales job. You will speak to customers for 15–30 seconds and note down:

• Apartment complex / locality
• Whether they shop at DMart regularly
• Optional phone number if they are interested in group grocery delivery

Job Details:

• Timing: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Duration: 1 month
• Location: Hypermarkets in Ramamurthy Nagar
• Days: 7 days a week

Pay:

• ₹8,000 fixed for the month
• ₹10–20 extra for every valid response collected
• Bonus of ₹1,000–2,000 for excellent performance

You are a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable talking to strangers
• Speak Good English and atleast Kannada / Hindi
• Are friendly, polite, and confident
• Can stand for 4 hours and work consistently every evening
• Can use Google Forms or WhatsApp to record responses

Preferred:

• College students
• Experience in promotions, surveys, field marketing or customer interaction
• People living near Ramamurthy Nagar/Dooravani Nagar/Jayanti Nagar/Banaswadi
