Field Marketing Executive - Healthcare Brand Activation

Location: Panduranga Nagar, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru - 560076

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Travel (local travel required within 5 km radius)

Laksha Care Clinic is a fast-growing multi-speciality healthcare brand offering Dental, Skin, and Hair treatments under one roof. We aim to redefine local healthcare by combining expert-led treatment , advanced technology , and personalised care . As part of our 360° marketing growth strategy, we’re expanding our on-ground brand presence and looking for an energetic Field Marketing Executive to lead local outreach, brand promotion, and event activations.


Role Overview:

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing offline marketing initiatives , including local brand promotions, health camps for apartments and schools, partnerships, and outdoor visibility drives to boost walk-ins and build community trust for Laksha Care Clinic.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Promotions & On-Ground Campaigns

● Plan and execute local marketing activities – such as apartment society health camps, school/college tie-ups, and community events.

● Manage outdoor promotions like banners, flex boards, auto hoods, standees, and pamphlet distribution.

● Execute street-level branding at high-footfall areas (bus stops, malls, banks, gyms).


2. Event Management:

● Coordinate and organise Free Health Camps, Dental/Derma Awareness Drives, and “Laksha Health Sundays.”

● Liaise with apartment associations, schools, and corporates for permissions, setup, and scheduling.

● Collect and report leads from events with proper tracking and follow-up coordination.


3. Partnerships & Collaboration:

● Build relationships with local gyms, salons, and corporates for cross-promotional tie-ups.

● Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams for event collaterals and campaign creatives.


4. Reporting & Field Tracking:

● Maintain a weekly calendar of field activities and submit performance reports.

● Track ROI of each offline campaign – number of leads generated, inquiries, and walk-ins.

● Ensure visibility materials are well-placed, updated, and compliant with brand guidelines.

● Street-smart, proactive, and self-motivated individual who enjoys on-field work.

● Comfortable interacting with people from all backgrounds – from residents to school heads and corporates.


Qualifications & Requirements:

● Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field

● 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotion, or event management , preferably in healthcare or the FMCG Sector.

● Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).

● Must own a two-wheeler for local travel (petrol allowance provided*).

Interview Process

Round 1 – Introductory Call (10-15mins)

● Conducted by HR or Marketing Coordinator.

● Focus: Background, communication skills, interest in healthcare marketing.

Round 2 – Manager Review (20–30 mins)

● Conducted by Marketing Manager / Business Head.

● Focus: On-ground experience, problem-solving in campaign situations, ownership mindset, local networking ability.

Round 3 – HR Head Discussion (15 mins)

● Conducted by HR Manager.

● Focus: Salary negotiation, work expectations, availability, and final alignment on role responsibilities.
