Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment activities (job drives, walk-ins, local sourcing)
• Source candidates from labour markets, industrial areas, hostels, and communities
• Handle bulk hiring for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and facility roles
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding
• Ensure daily joining targets are met
• Maintain candidate data and daily recruitment reports
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field / blue-collar recruitment
• Strong local market knowledge and candidate networks
• Willingness to travel and work on-field extensively
• Good communication skills in local language & basic English
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
