Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and finance options clearly
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Assist customers with documentation and booking procedures
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and roadshows
